Customers are responsible for determining whether their vehicle, window tint selection, and intended use comply with applicable legal requirements, including any requirements related to tint darkness, reflectivity, or other restrictions.

We do not determine, verify, or provide legal advice regarding a customer's medical condition, medical exemption, legal justification, or eligibility for any window tint exemption. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required documentation, permits, medical exemptions, or other legal authorization.

By requesting or purchasing window tinting services, the customer acknowledges that they have independently determined that their selected window tint complies with all applicable laws and that they accept responsibility for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.
